Christmas Events 2020:

All are welcome for our varied Christmas gatherings, most of which will be held online.

December 6th at 9.45 for 10am, Our weekly gathering on Zoom:
‘Not as Expected’ – how we can create different kinds of celebration for winter 2020.

December 10th at 7pm on Zoom, ‘From Conflict to Unity’:
Short talks about beacons of unity organised to mark International Human Rights Day, our minister Sarah will be one of the speakers.

December 13th at 9.45 for 10am, Our weekly gathering on Zoom: ‘Festivals of Light’.

December 17th at 3pm, ‘Finding Your Voice’:
Singing workshop on Zoom with Margaret Marshall. Please book with Sarah.

December 20th at 9.45 for 10am on Zoom, Christmas Carol Service:
Our annual Christmas Carol Service with a difference. Christmas jumpers and hats are welcome.

December 21st at 3pm West London GreenSpirit Winter Solstice:
Celebration on Zoom. Please book with Sarah.

December 22nd at 7pm, an in-person gathering at Essex Church:
You’ll need to book a place in advance for this Covid-secure event, and wear your mask. Places are limited and advance booking essential. Music, words and silence, candle-lit. Contact Sarah to book.

December 24th at 5pm on Zoom, Candlelit Christmas Eve:
Our traditional Christmas Eve gathering will be online this year.

December 27th at 9.45 for 10am, Our weekly gathering on Zoom: ‘Ringing the Changes’

December 30th from 2-5pm on Zoom, Full Moon Retreat:
You’ll need to book for this restful opportunity to reflect on the year passed and the year ahead.

Kensington Unitarians are a community of kindred souls who meet to explore, reflect, converse, be still, share joys and sorrows, and support one another on life’s journey. We are proud to be part of a worldwide and historic progressive religious tradition. Our main activity is Sunday worship. Services include readings from a variety of sources, prayers, music, stillness, and a short sermon. We also offer small group activities exploring spiritual and religious matters, drawing on diverse sources of wisdom and inspiration, and considering life’s meaning together with others on the spiritual path.

At present, due to Covid-19, all our activities are taking place online. All are welcome to join us. Video recordings of recent services are on our YouTube channel. Audio podcasts are also available.
